» Mon – Thursday eat salads and yogurt. Nuts and raisins for snacks, only have a few whiskeys and work out a few times

» For dinner, hammer down 8 miller light 10 ouncers and eat 6 pieces of plain pizza

Saturday – start drinking beer at 8 and eat a hoagie while on a fishing boat. That is the only thing you will eat

» Sunday – after 12 hours of sleep, eat a breakfast sandwich

» at 615 drink one glass of red wine then move onto miller lite

» and then eat 6 sliders, a dozen chicken wings and 10 mozzarella sticks.

» Monday go back to yogurt and salad
